As with any project, you need to know who is participating before the project can realistically start. We currently have a decent set of developers for the system, but are always looking for new faces. Bear in mind that, in addition to this project being intended to benefit educational institutions, the process of creating this project is also an educational process. Even if you have no direct skills that benefit this project, you are welcome to join and learn.
